What if it’s not right for my home?

Choosing a sofa online can feel like a big decision. Sometimes you only know if the size, colour, comfort or overall feel is right once it’s actually in your home.

That’s why we offer a 60 Day Trial.

You’ll have up to 60 days from the day your order is delivered to live with your sofa and make sure it works for your space.

If it’s not quite right, simply get in touch and we’ll help you arrange a return.

60 Day Trial

Our 60 Day Trial applies storewide to eligible products purchased directly from us.

If you decide your product isn’t right for your home, contact us within 60 days of receiving your order.

As long as the product is returned in good condition, with no damage, stains, heavy wear, misuse, strong odours or missing parts, we’ll accept the return and provide a full refund.

Whether it’s the size, colour, comfort, style or simply how it feels in your space, you don’t need to keep something that doesn’t feel right for your home.

Collection

Once your return has been approved, we’ll help arrange collection from your address.

You won’t need to organise the return yourself.

After collection, we’ll take care of the product through our local donation, recycling and responsible recovery partners wherever possible.

Returned sofas and furniture are not resold as new products.

Refunds

Once your product has been collected and checked, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

If the product is returned in good condition, you’ll receive a full refund.

A full refund may not be available if the product has been damaged, stained, heavily used, affected by strong odours, has missing parts, or shows wear beyond what would reasonably be expected during a home trial.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@ozdesignsofa.com or through our Contact Us page with:

  • your order number
  • a few clear photos of the product
  • a short note letting us know you’d like to return it

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Faulty or Damaged Products

The 60 Day Trial is designed for change-of-mind returns.

It does not affect any rights you may have if your product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll help make it right.

We partner with experienced furniture carriers across Australia to help ensure your OZROOMY order arrives safely and securely.

Below you’ll find an overview of our dispatch process, estimated delivery times and how pre-order items work.

In-Stock & Pre-Order Items

Some OZROOMY products may be available for immediate dispatch, while others may be offered for pre-order.

In-stock items
Orders for products that are currently in stock are generally dispatched within 2 business days. Your estimated delivery time will then depend on your location.

Pre-order items
If a product is available for pre-order, the estimated stock arrival date will be shown on the product page near the Add to Cart button.

Please note that this date is the estimated date the stock is expected to arrive at our warehouse. It is not the final delivery date to your address.

Once the stock arrives and is ready for dispatch, we’ll prepare your order as quickly as possible. When ordering a pre-order item, please allow for both the stated pre-order lead time and the delivery timeframe for your area.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a dispatch confirmation. Our delivery partner will then contact you with further delivery information where applicable.

Estimated transit times are:

Metro Melbourne: 2–3 business days
Metro Sydney: 3–6 business days
Metro Canberra: 5–8 business days
Metro Brisbane: 5–8 business days
Metro Adelaide: 5–8 business days
Metro Perth: 10–14 business days

Mornington Peninsula, Bellarine Peninsula, Ballarat & Bendigo regions: 5–8 business days

These timeframes are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, the size of your order, carrier availability and circumstances outside our control.

Care Instructions

Washing instructions

You can easily zip off the fabric on both cushions and mattresses. This makes it possible to wash the fabric at a low temperature. It is recommended to wash at a maximum of 30° and with mild/extra gentle soap. We recommend turning the fabric inside out when washing.
